Emily Watson

Chief Operating Officer

Emily Watson serves as Chief Operating Officer, where she oversees portfolio management, accounting, organizational development, property management, and company operations.

Prior to joining Lantower Residential, Emily was Managing Director for Berkshire Residential, overseeing over 21,000 units in 20 major markets throughout the United States. Previously, she held senior roles at Equity Residential for over 10 years, McDowell Properties, and Buckingham Companies.

Emily attended University of North Texas and holds a Business Administration degree. She is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Nick Amy

Vice President – Operations

Nick Amy is the Vice President of Operations and has been with Lantower since 2016. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to streamline operations and drive success.

His primary responsibilities include overseeing the operations support department, revenue management, operational analytics, strategic initiatives, implementations, and internal support.

Before joining Lantower, Nick worked at Davis RE and Asset Living, holding various positions in real estate.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Finance from Texas A&M University and brings over ten years of industry experience.

Audrey Craig

Executive Vice President – Accounting

Audrey Craig oversees Lantower Residential’s accounting department and treasury functions.

Prior to joining Lantower, Audrey was a controller for Invitation Homes, a Blackstone real estate portfolio company and among the largest publicly-traded, single-family rental companies in the United States.

Previously, she was a corporate accounting manager for Tarragon Corporation, a public company that owned multifamily apartment communities, commercial properties, and developments. Audrey has over 30 years of accounting experience, with a concentration in real estate.

Audrey graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio.

Tony Duplisse

Executive Vice President – Portfolio Management

Tony Duplisse is the Executive Vice President of Investments at Lantower Residential and joined the company in 2021. He is responsible for providing market expertise and strategic direction in the acquisition, development, and execution of operating and capital plans for all Lantower Residential investments.

Prior to Lantower Residential, Tony was the Founder of a Scottsdale-based investment company, where he oversaw the firm’s capital deployment and day-to-day operations in addition to establishing direction for the firm’s business planning and strategy. Tony has over 25 years of multifamily industry experience with private equity and public REITS, including Fairfield Residential, Associated Estates, and Equity Residential.

Tony holds a dual Master of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He is a member of American Mensa, the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Susan Goff

Vice President – Property Marketing

Susan Goff is the Vice President of Property Marketing at Lantower Residential, bringing 18 years of industry expertise and a proven track record in crafting innovative marketing strategies. With a strong focus on growth marketing and user experience she leads a dynamic marketing team that excels in leveraging the power of digital marketing and integrated prop-tech to drive exceptional results.

Before joining Lantower Residential, Susan held prominent positions in the industry, serving as the Director of Marketing for CREA Management and the Director of Brand Management for Highmark Residential, a subsidiary of Starwood Capital Group and one of the country’s largest multifamily property management firms. Throughout her career, Susan has accumulated extensive experience in marketing and brand positioning, lease-up strategy and planning for new developments, property re-positioning, brand creation, marketing research, integrated multichannel marketing, and performance analysis.

Susan is recognized as a noted speaker and author with expertise in reputation management, brand positioning, lead generation, and marketing technologies. She has made significant contributions to the industry as a NAAEI Faculty Member and an Advanced Facilitator. Susan has also chaired the Education and Community Service committees for her local NAA Affiliates, demonstrating her commitment to professional development and community engagement.

Joe Gonzales

Vice President – Property Management

Joe Gonzales is the Vice President of Property Management and brings over 20 years of experience in owner-operator and third-party fee management.

Joe joined Lantower Residential in 2019 and currently oversees the day-to-day operations in Florida and North Carolina.

Before joining Lantower, Joe was a Regional Manager at American Landmark, focusing on acquisitions and property renovations in the Orlando and Jacksonville markets. Prior to that, he held notable positions at Bell Partners, Fairfield Residential, and UDR, managing portfolios across the southeastern region of the United States.

Joe holds a Certified Apartment Manager and Certified Apartment Property Supervisor designation with the National Apartment Association.

Colleen Grahn

President – Property Management

Colleen Grahn is the President of Property Management at Lantower Residential and oversees property management, ensuring efficiency and collaboration with organizational stakeholders. With a proven track record spanning over 25 years in property management, Colleen brings a wealth of experience to her role.

Prior to joining Lantower, she served as the President of CREA Management, where she successfully established a comprehensive management company specializing in new development lease-ups. Colleen’s expertise was built while serving in reputable organizations including Berkshire Residential, Gables Residential, Equity Residential, and Stream.

Colleen’s dedication to the industry is evident through her association involvement. She served as the President of the Austin Apartment Association, demonstrating her commitment to promoting excellence and best practices within the local apartment community. Colleen previously held the position of Vice President at Large on the Texas Apartment Association Executive Committee.

Colleen’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the University of Texas at Dallas. Furthermore, she holds a Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) certification through the National Apartment Association, reflecting her comprehensive knowledge and skillset in property management.

Jamie Hise

Associate Director – Operations

Jamie Hise is the Associate Director of Operations and joined Lantower in 2017. Her primary responsibilities include the development and oversight of centralized processes, along with overseeing the Central Business Team, internal operational support, implementations, and creating effective policies and procedures that provide guidance and consistency for all associates.

Prior to joining Lantower, Jamie held various positions in the multifamily industry and brings over 16 years of experience in owner-operated and third-party fee management.

James Hogen

Vice President – Asset Management

James Hogen is the Vice President of Asset Management for Lantower Residential and has over 15 years of Class-A multifamily asset management experience with private equity and public REITs.

Joining the company in 2022, James is responsible for providing strategic direction in the development and execution of operating and capital plans for all Lantower investments.

Prior to joining the firm, James held pivotal roles overseeing the asset management of substantial portfolios valued at several billion dollars. His expertise guided the asset management strategies for prominent companies such as Versity Investments, SmartStop Asset Management, American Realty Advisors, and LaSalle Investment Management.

James holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland at College Park, and is a LEED AP.

Amy Lane

Vice President – Brand

Amy Lane is the Vice President of Brand at Lantower Residential, overseeing all aspects of the company’s brand strategy and positioning, creative development, and brand communications.

Amy’s belief-driven approach to the brand experience is rooted in Lantower’s commitment to prioritizing people and the planet. She is responsible for ensuring that all brand touchpoints reflect the company’s values, and her work centers around cultivating long-term relationships with consumers and establishing a cohesive and authentic reputation.

Amy translates data insights and market trends into compelling brand stories and partners with key stakeholders to ensure effective execution through marketing and consumer engagement efforts.

Amy joined Lantower in 2020 and served as the Vice President of Marketing, overseeing all marketing programs and brand development across the portfolio. Prior to joining Lantower, she held regional positions at Lincoln Property Company and Greystar, where she successfully led marketing efforts for class-A communities in three major markets.

Michael Loeb

Executive Vice President – Corporate Development

Michael Loeb is Lantower Residential’s Executive Vice President of Corporate Development.

Michael plays a key role in development and acquisitions across the Lantower portfolio, with a particular focus on the North East region.

Prior to Lantower Residential, Michael worked as a real estate attorney in New York City, where his practice focused on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.

Michael received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 2013, where he received the Milton Young Prize for Taxation.

David Mills

Vice President – National Facilities

David Mills oversees Lantower Residential’s Facilities Department, where he is responsible for generating innovative initiatives that drive greater efficiencies and revenue growth company-wide. He also plays a crucial role in providing essential support to operating platforms and fostering the development of our teams.

Joining Lantower in 2022, David brings a wealth of multifamily experience spanning over three decades, with expertise in operations, Facilities Management, and training. Before Lantower, David served as the Facilities Services Director for Equity Residential, successfully managing over 100 properties across three major markets in Colorado and the Pacific Northwest. With 24 years of dedicated service at Equity Residential, David introduces fresh perspectives to the Facilities Team at Lantower Residential.

Terresa Porizek

Executive Vice President – Organization Development

As Executive Vice President of Organization Development, Terresa Porizek oversees the talent functions for Lantower Residential, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Talent Relations (Human Resources). She focuses on establishing and implementing the strategy, infrastructure, and platform to promote internal efficiencies and advance the people functions to support company growth.

Terresa has been a multifamily professional since 1991. Prior to joining Lantower Residential in 2022, she was the Managing Director of Talent Development for Greystar, serving 20,000+ associates for more than seven years, overseeing various talent functions throughout her tenure. Before Greystar, she was the Senior Vice President of Talent Solutions for Santander Consumer USA, Inc., Vice President of Training for RealPage, Inc., and First Vice President of Organization and Talent Development for Equity Residential.

Terresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Illinois State University. She is a Certified Career Coach and holds designations in Change Acceleration Process, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and FIRO-B, California Psychological Index-260, Conflict Dynamic Profile, and Certified Instructor (NAAEI). Terresa serves on the NAA Human Resources Advisory Board and previously served on the University of North Texas Executive Leadership Board in 2014.

Jose Ramos

Vice President – Investments

Jose Ramos joined Lantower Residential in 2019 and is the Director of Investments. His primary responsibilities include underwriting multifamily assets and overseeing different aspects of portfolio management, such as valuations, debt, and performance.

Before joining Lantower, Jose worked at Goldman Sachs within the real estate division, supervising several real estate property types. Previously, he worked for Deloitte, where he audited several REITs such as TIER REIT, Monogram Residential, and Behringer Harvard. Additionally, he worked for El Paso Electric Company within the Financial Reporting department, supporting senior management with public filings.

Jose holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Master of Accounting from the University of Texas at El Paso. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is actively involved in the Texas Real Estate Council.

David Smith

Vice President – Property Management

David Smith joined Lantower in 2020 as the Vice President of Property Management. He brings over 20 years of experience in ground-up development, re-development, and stabilized assets. David is well-versed in acquisitions, dispositions, and renovation projects and oversees the property management operations in Texas.

Before joining Lantower, David worked as a Senior Regional Manager for Wood Residential, focusing on new developments in the firm’s Dallas, Houston, and Austin markets. Prior to that, he worked at Cortland, Gables, and Riverstone Residential.

David graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement. He also has a Master of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M-Commerce. David holds a Certified Apartment Manager and Certified Apartment Property Supervisor designation with the National Apartment Association.

Leandra Stevenson

Director – Design & Development

Leandra Stevenson is the Director of Design and Development for Lantower Residential. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing the design process of all new developments and projects for Lantower. Leandra also partners with the Chief Operating Officer to lead Lantower’s charitable efforts through the company’s social mission: Live to Give.

Prior to joining Lantower, Leandra was a Project Coordinator with Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine, where she managed departmental processes and functions while leading special projects.

Leandra graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management.

John Uiterwyk

National Director – Capital Projects

John Uiterwyk joined Lantower in 2021 as the National Director of Capital Projects and brings over 25 years of multifamily experience in construction, renovations, and asset management. John is responsible for driving the company’s capital improvement and construction projects from inception to completion.

Before joining Lantower Residential, John was the Director of Renovations for Equity Residential, the Capital Projects Manager for Hawthorne Residential and Maxx Properties, and the Director of Operations for Paramount Construction Services in Southern California.

Hunter Webb

Executive Vice President – Development

Hunter Webb is the Executive Vice President of Development at Lantower Residential and oversees the company’s development team.

He is responsible for establishing Lantower’s ground-up development platform and currently leads the company’s $1.7 billion development pipeline of over 5,000 units in the sunbelt markets.

In his previous role, he successfully led Lantower’s acquisitions department, responsible for managing a substantial portfolio of multifamily acquisitions totaling over $1.3 billion.

Hunter brings a wealth of experience from his prior roles in finance and acquisitions, where he played instrumental roles in underwriting, analytics, and financing of multifamily investments.

Hunter holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC).

Lance Wicker

Associate Director – Investments

Lance Wicker is the Associate Director of Investments and joined Lantower Residential in 2016.

Lance is responsible for all aspects of the development process, including sourcing, underwriting, market research, due diligence, financing, and the execution of multifamily and mixed-use developments. In addition, Lance assists with acquiring existing assets and has participated in over $1B worth of Class-A multifamily transactions since joining the company.

Prior to Lantower, Lance worked for a private multifamily investment firm based in Dallas.

Lance graduated from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance. He is actively involved in the Texas Real Estate Council and the SMU Folsom Institute Associate Board.

LaTres Yeldell

Vice President – Accounting

LaTres Yeldell is the Controller of Lantower Residential and brings over 25 years of accounting experience. Since joining Lantower in 2018, she has assumed a pivotal role in leading and supporting the accounting team, comprising accounts payable and a team of highly skilled accountants. Under her guidance, the team diligently maintains and analyzes financial data, guaranteeing the delivery of timely and precise reports for the company and its lenders.

LaTres started her real estate career with Trammell Crow Company and joined Stream Realty Partners in 2007, where she played a crucial role in growing the accounting department from ten to over 100 people. She was a key contributor in implementing foundational processes and procedures and successfully earned Stream the designation of SOC I compliant.

LaTres is fluent in reporting and reviewing properties across multiple real estate segments, from acquisition to divestment, and is passionate about mentoring accountants and contributing to their professional growth.

LaTres received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. Upon graduation, she pursued and earned the designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Lauren Roach

Vice President – Strategic Operations

Lauren Roach is the Vice President of Strategic Operations responsible for leveraging operational and financial data to drive company performance. She previously served as a senior analytics manager at Equity Residential providing insights and data to the executive team.

Lauren holds an MBA from Texas Christian University, an M.Ed from Vanderbilt University, and a B.S. from Northwestern University.
